A Kansas City man is in jail tonight suspected of a murder-for-hire plot targeting a Northwest Arkansas man. Police say Leo Mays was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit capital murder. He is being held in the Benton County Jail. Officials say Mays set up a meeting with an undercover detective to kill a local man and discussed how much it would cost. Police arrested Mays while he was heading to a home to carry out the plan.
