A National Education summit was attended by over 100 college and university presidents from across the country as part of the president’s new focus on higher education going into the election year. However, one of the major obstacles facing this push is the partisan gridlock in Congress. First lady Michelle Obama has also continued her education drive and many expect these efforts to be paired in the future.
