The government may be open for business as soon as tomorrow morning.
The Senate and House voted on a plan to raise the debt ceiling Wednesday that will end the government shutdown.
The plan will fund the government until Janurary 15 and raise the debt limit until February 7.
The United States will no longer be able to borrow money starting Thursday.
Today marks the sixteenth day of the shutdown.
