After months of planning, Wedington drive may be getting a new a look. Known as the Wedington Corridor Master Plan, one of the bigger changes it proposes is the addition of a new roundabout in place of the series of traffic lights at the I-540 intersection. Along with the roundabout the plan would also add a tree-lined median on Wedington, a new junior high school, a community center and a branch of the Fayetteville public library. City council will decide whether to add the plan at their meeting tomorrow.
