Students looking to keep their New Year’s fitness resolutions will soon have a new way to exercise. University Recreation will be hosting back to fitness week January 28th to January 31st. All group classes offered the 28th will have an 80s theme and participants can recieve free prizes througout the week.
Free 30 minute class demos will be offered the 31st from 5:30 to 8 pm, for many group fitness classes.
Participants will also be able to pick up their 20 For Fitness punch cards. Once you fill up your punch card by participating in 20 group fitness classes, you will be eligible to be put in a drawing for various prizes.
Class Demo Schedule
5:30-6 p.m. – Zumba
6-6:30 p.m. – Triple Fit with Total Gym and ViPR
6:30-7 p.m. – Pilates Fusion
7-7:30 p.m. – RIPPED
7:30-8 p.m. – Turbokick
