More Arkansas High Schools are now using a University of Arkansas program to increase their student’s test scores. The program is named the College Access Initiative, which is an academic outreach program that specializes in prepration for certain test like the ACT. Students who are involved with the Institute learn under U of A faculty and students who will serve as their academic mentors. The Institute was started in 2010, but has grown quickly and currently has partnerships with high schools in every region of the state.
