A West Fork woman has been arrested after police responded to a disturbance at her home.
Beckey Smith allegedly stabbed a male family member before he began choking her.
According to the man, he and Smith were arguing when she stabbed him above the knee with a butcher knife.
According to witnesses, Smith smelled of alcohol and she sometimes mixes pills with liquor.
Smith has been released on a 5 thousand dollar bond from the Washington County Detention Center.
