Despite the outcome of last weekend’s football game against Rutgers, there were still some positives to come out of it. Senior wide reciever Cobi Hamilton won SEC co-offensive player of the week for his performance Saturday.
Hamilton had 303 recieving yards and 3 touchdowns, which broke the single game records for both Arkansas and the S-E-C, making him the first player in S-E-C history to break 300 yards recieving in a game.
Hamilton also broke the S-E-C single game record for yards per catch and has caught at least one pass in 26 consecutive games, which is the longest active streak in the conference.
