Inside Razorback Football

“Inside Razorback Football with Bobby Petrino, presented by AT&T,” the official Arkansas Razorbacks coach’s television show, begins Sunday, Aug. 28, and will air statewide and throughout the region on numerous television affiliates.

The show will be aired regionally on Cox Sports Television and Fox Sports Southwest
as well as the University student station, UATV. Finally, the show will be available on Monday evenings through RazorVision on ArkansasRazorbacks.com.

“We are excited for the start of football season and a new and improved edition of Inside Razorback Football,” Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Jeff Long said. “Fans can get an inside perspective from Coach Petrino each and every week on the Razorback football program. I’m confident that our fans will also enjoy the show’s new look and the features on some of the outstanding student-athletes we have here at the University of Arkansas.”

Chuck Barrett, the voice of the Razorbacks, will once again sit down with Coach Petrino to recap the latest Razorback game. In addition to the popular telestrator segment in which Coach Petrino breaks down key plays from the week before, the show also will feature an in-depth look at the upcoming opponent and open up the archives to look back at memorable moments with comments from former student-athletes. There also will be features on current student-athletes and storylines affiliated with Arkansas football.

The one-hour show will be produced from a new set that has been constructed on campus in the UATV studios through a partnership between Razorback Athletics and the Lemke Department of Journalism. Inside Razorback Football with Bobby Petrino is a production of Razorback Sports Properties/IMG College.

With the first show of the season starting before a game has been played, Sunday’s kickoff show will feature four of the
team’s captains on set.
