| Classes, offices and services at the University of Arkansas will operate on a delayed schedule and begin at 10 am Tuesday Feb. 9. Transit services will begin running at 9 a.m. Staff identified as performing weather essential services should report as regularly scheduled unless advised otherwise by their supervisor. All other staff are expected to come to work within two hours of their normal start times and will not be docked for late arrival within that period.
